====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-09-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners being sister and second wife of the husband of the complainant are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A and 494 of the I.P.C and 3 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Accusation is of torture for non-fulfillment of dowry demands and performing second marriage.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the thrust of accusation is against the husband of the complainant. Accusation against the petitioners is omnibus and general. Since the FIR was registered in 2003, this Court is not

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35049 of 2016 (2) dt.26-09-2016 2/2 inclined to grant anticipatory bail though considering the nature of accusation it is a case for consideration of bail, if the petitioners surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Complaint Case No. 776 of 2003 pending in the Court of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura. With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
