2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 504 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Barsoi P.S. Case No. 30 of 2019.
3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the backdrop of dispute relating to ingress and egress to their house and parties are agnates. The accusations of assault are general and omnibus without any specific assault attributed individually. Petitioner no. 1 has also filed Complaint Case No. 364 of 2019 for the same incident against the informant and others. Except injury no. 1 on the head of Munni Devi, other injuries are simple in nature. The petitioners claim clean antecedents.
4. Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity of offence alleged and considering that the said Munni Devi has
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22889 of 2019(2) dt.11-04-2019 2/2 received injuries on her head which is said to be grievous in nature, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
5. If the petitioners surrender and seek regular bail before the learned trial Court the same shall be considered on its own merit in accordance with law and without being prejudiced by any observation in the present order.
