The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in a case registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-B)(a), 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the earlier application for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 21.3.2022 (Annexure-1) giving liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge which has been framed vide order contained in (Annexure-3) to this petition. The petitioner is in custody since 2.4.2021 and has no criminal antecedent. He undertakes to cooperate in the trial.

Case no. 107 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Muzaffarpur.
