NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE V.N. SINHA) 24-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the appellant and the respondent.

With their consent, the impugned order dissolving marriage of the appellant with the respondent is set aside directing the appellant-wife herein to appear before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Samastipur in Matrimonial Case no. 12 of 2008 on 31st July, 2015 and on that date the husband-respondent shall also appear and thereafter a further date shall be fixed on day to day basis by the court below on which date the wife-appellant will cross examine the witnesses produced on behalf of her husband and thereafter present herself as also her witnesses for recording their evidence.

Patna High Court MA No.276 of 2011 (13) dt.24-06-2015 The entire exercise of cross examination of the witnesses produced on behalf of the husband and examination of the witnesses of the wife and thereafter their cross examination be concluded within four weeks from 31st July, 2015 and the judgment is delivered in the case within another four weeks. This appeal is, thus, disposed of with the direction aforesaid.
