2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 448, 376/511, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 & 18 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is of trying to commit rape with the daughter of the informant.

4. From reading of the F.I.R., it appears that the petitioner and the victim may be in relationship and when they

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge POCSO and SC/ST, P.O.A. Act, Jamui/concerned Court below in connection with Lacchuar P.S. Case No. 02 of 2024 subject to condition that:- 7(i) The petitioner shall co-operate in the trial and shall be properly represented on each and every date fixed by the Court through his lawyer or will appear himself.
