2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Amnaur P.S. Case No. 64 of 2024 dated 15.03.2024 registered for the offences punishable under Section 304B read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and the co-accused persons are alleged to have killed the sister of informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of Rs. three lakhs and a motorcycle as dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in

The petitioner neither demanded any dowry nor tortured the deceased. It is further submitted that during the course of investigation, the petitioner talked with her wife six times and that time the tower location of the petitioner was found in Delhi. It is further submitted that as per para-212 of the case diary, in the confessional statement, the co-accused, Sachin Kumar has stated that he had love affair with the deceased and after marriage of the deceased both are connected with each other. On 14.03.

2024, lastly he talked with the deceased due to which some scuffle took place between the victim and her husband and her husband threatened her if she would call to Sachin Kumar he would kill her. Thereafter, Sachin Kumar came to know that the deceased Rubi Kumari died. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged offence. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 14.02.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner and submitted that the petitioner and the co-accused persons committed murder of the informant's sister within 10 months of marriage due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the heinous nature of offence against the petitioner, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and the same is rejected in connection with Amnaur P.S. Case No. 64 of 2024, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Saran at Chapra.

7. The application stands rejected and the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same at the earliest.
