2. The petitioner seeks bail in Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 210 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), (3), 126(2), 115(2), 109, 103(1) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. It is alleged that on 23.09.2024, father of the informant was tying his cattle on the road, in the meanwhile, all the F.I.R., named accused persons including this petitioner armed with sword, lathi and iron rod came there and started abusing and assaulting the informant and his father, as a result of which, the informant and his father sustained serious injury. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to old enmity. He further submits that brother of informant was taken for treatment to Forthhill Hospital, Silliguri where during treatment, he died and thereafter, an U.D. case was lodged. He next submits that as per F.I.R., 13 named accused persons assaulted informant's father, informant's brother (deceased) and informant, but the deceased sustained only two injuries. Some of the co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court, vide orders annexed as Annexures P/2 and P/3 respectively. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and is in custody since 18.11.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the period of custody and clean antecedent, the prayer for bail of petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner namely Karelal Mandal be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Munger in connection with
