The petitioner seeks bail in Rupauli P.S. Case No. 111 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, on 01.08.2020 at 8.00 pm, petitioner fired gunshots on the informant and caused firearm injury on his left forearm.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is case and counter case. Alleged injury is not on the vital part of the body of informant. Petitioner is having clean antecedent and he is in custody since 02.02.2021. Investigation is complete. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on
