The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 150 of 2020, dated 06.03.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 447 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is a vague and general allegation of the petitioner having resorted to brick-bats.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26451 of 2020(2) dt.21-10-2020 2/2 Out of nine accused persons, five have been granted anticipatory bail by different Benches of this Court. Regard being had to the nature of accusation, the attendant circumstances and the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedent, he, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of eight weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 150 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
