The petitioner is the husband of opposite party no. 2. After some arguments, Shri Kamal Nayan Choubey, learned senior counsel for the petitioner prayed to withdraw this anticipatory bail petition in view of law laid down by this Court in Salim Ansari @ Md. Salim Ansari vs. State of Bihar (2015) 3 PLJR 806.

The opposite party no. 2 did not object.
