JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-04-2018 The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Rajapakar P.S. Case No. 104 of 2017 dated 15.08.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 342, 323, 504, 353, 283 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is alleged to be one of the persons who had for some time, prevented the car of the Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar to proceed ahead. An attempt was made by a mob of about 100 people to stop the vehicle of Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar. The name of the petitioner was communicated by some persons to the informant. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that his name was given to the informant out of an evil motive. The petitioner is not associated with any party much

The petitioner does not bear any criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today are directed be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Rajapakar P.S. Case No. 104 of 2017.
