The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case No.2566 of 2020 arising out of Nadi P.S. Case No. 59 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery and the truck in question. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 11.03.2020.
