Public Prosecutor as well as Sri Bashishtha Narayan Mishra, learned counsel, who was assisted by Sri Brij Kishore Mishra, learned counsel for the informant/Opp.Party no.2, makes a prayer for disposal of the present petition, so that the petitioner may appear before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail.
