The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Dinara (Bhanas) P.S. Case No.10 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is said to have got appointment on the basis of fake mark-sheet.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph-3 of the bail application. It is further submitted that the petitioner was appointed on the post of Shiksha Mitra in the year 2003. During investigation, it was found that the mark sheet of the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24653 of 2022(3) dt.13-09-2022 2/2 was fake and the petitioner was terminated from service. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has already been terminated from service, let petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., 3rd, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Dinara (Bhanas) P.S. Case No.10 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
