The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Balthar P.S. Case No. 47 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 376 and 511 the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POSCO Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present case is sequel to filing of the earlier case filed by the petitioner's wife in which allegations were leveled against the son of the informant, namely, Sohan Yadav. It is further submitted that the entire case has been filed on account of the fact that petitioner and the informant side was having land dispute. No.22780 of 2015 (3) dt.09-10-2015 that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Balthar P.S. Case No. 47 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C..
