JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-07-2017 Heard the parties.

This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Complaint Case No. C1/114 of 2013, disclosing offences under Sections 406, 420, 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Since the petitioner is an accused in complaint

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25446 of 2017 (3) dt.06-07-2017 2/2 case, I am not inclined to entertain this application for anticipatory bail.

However, in the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of accusation against the petitioner, I dispose of this application with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the learned court below within a period of two weeks from today and seek regular bail. If he does so, the court below will be required to consider his application, without being prejudiced by present order, and dispose it of on the same day.

This application is disposed of accordingly.
