In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Sheikhpura (Sirari) P.S. Case No.105 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 326 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the F.I.R., large number of accused persons came to the mill of the informant and started assaulting the uncle of the informant and also tried to damage the construction made over the land. When the informant came, Gopal Kumar, Avinash Kumar and Pintu Kumar resorted the firing, which caused injury to the uncle of the informant.

No.31804 of 2017 (2) dt.20-07-2017 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no such allegation made against the petitioner of causing any injury to any person inasmuch as he is a writer and received many awards and on the date of the incident he was attending the Grih Pravesh ceremony of his son at Gaziabad. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner-Krishn Murari Singh, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura, in connection with Sheikhpura (Sirari) P.S. Case No.105 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
