Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 447/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation in brief is that the petitioners assaulted the informant and others with sword and knife on abdomen and another parts of the body.
It is submitted that due to land dispute, the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case and the injury found on the person is simple in nature. These petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the said facts and circumstances,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30589 of 2017 (2) dt.10-07-2017 2/2 in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner, namely, Mehendi and Quamrul be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.II, Kishanganj in connection with Pothia P.S. Case No.74 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Arun Kumar, J) N.H./- U T
