The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Gopalganj S.C/S.T P.S. Case No. 20 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 341, 448, 504, 506 of the I.P.C. and section 3⁄4 Dayan Act and 3(i) (x) SC/ST (prevention of atrocities) Act pending in the Court of S.D.J.M., Gopalganj. The allegation of informant is that four persons including the petitioners reached at the house of the informant Laxmi Devi and started abusing her with caste name and ordered to kill her, on which the petitioners and co-accused Saukat Mian dragged her and assaulted her and also her husband and daughter with fist and slaps and fled away.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42748 of 2015 (2) dt.09-10-2015 2/2 petitioner submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of the allegation, I am not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioners for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this application stands rejected.

However, petitioners are directed to surrender before the Court below and pray for regular bail, which shall be decided within a period of four weeks without being prejudiced by the present order.
