The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 16 of 2016, registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of killing of daughter of informant by pressing her neck by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are mother-in-law and father-in-law of the deceased, who used to reside separate from the husband of the deceased, but due to ulterior motive, they have falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that, in fact, husband of the deceased is in custody since 16.02.2016.

No.36606 of 2016 (2) dt.16-09-2016 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Lakhisarai in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 16 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
