Petitioner is accused in connection with Bhabhua P.S. Case No. 445 of 2019 registered under Sections 366(A)34 of I.P.C. and 4/5(c) of the PPCSO Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier prayer of the petitioner for grant of regular bail was rejected by this Court vide order dated 04.03.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 68867 of 2019. Further he submits that the fresh ground for grant of bail of the petitioner is that petitioner is in custody since 29.07.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten
