2. This criminal writ application is being filed for issuance of appropriate writ/writs, Order/Orders, or Direction/Directions to the Respondents and for a direction upon the respondent authorities to conduct a fair / proper

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.650 of 2025(2) dt.05-08-2025 2/2 investigation in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 202/2023 dated 08-04-2023 registered for the offences under Section 341, 323, 354(B), 379, 504,420, 406, 120B of the Indian Penal Code as well as for direction to consider the representations submitted on behalf of the petitioners along with relevant evidence produced before the concerned respondents.

3. The representation dated 27.08.2024 (AnnexureP/6) filed by the petitioners before the Superintendent of Police, Madhubani is directed to be disposed of within one month of receipt/communication of a copy of this order.
