JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-05-2019 While passing the order, dated 12.04.2019, this Court was contemplating some deliberations on expeditious disposal of trial of the cases having similar/identical allegation of use of forged documents for securing appointment as Panchayat Teachers. It was in that background that though the anticipatory bail application was disposed of, the Court had wanted to know from the Vigilance Investigation Bureau, the details of such cases pending.

The Superintendent of Police, Vigilance Investigation Bureau, has filed an affidavit stating, inter alia, that the Vigilance Investigation Bureau does not possess updated investigation stage of such cases. The affidavit discourages and dissuades this Court from passing any sort of order in this regard.
