It has been contended by the learned counsel for the Patna Municipal Corporation that an amount of Rs.73,834/- under the head of provident fund has already been paid to the petitioner vide cheque no.309475 dated 15th October, 2014. The remaining admitted dues of the post-retiral benefits to the tune of Rs.4,30,731/- has also been paid to the petitioner through R.T.G.S. on 28.03.2016.
