2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 49 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 376, 504, 506/34 of the IPC and Sections 4/6 of the POCSO Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of committing rape upon the victim.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 20.02.2024. He further submits

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.
6. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. District and Sessions Judge-VIcum-Exclusive Special Judge, PCOSO Act, Bhagalpur/concerned Court below in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 49 of 2023.
