In view of such understanding, the proceeding including the order of cognizance dated 30.3.2012 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in Complaint case No.1043C of 2011 (Trial No.1974 of 2012) is hereby set aside. Also proceeding of Bettiah Town P.S. case No.235 of 2011 dated 25.5.2011 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran is hereby set aside.
