The present application, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, has been filed against the order dated 05.06.2014 passed by the Munsif Ist, Siwan in Title Suit No. 28 of 2014, whereby the court below has admitted the plaint and directed the plaintiff to take steps for summons. In view of the above, the order, whereby the plaint has been admitted, cannot be interfered with in the supervisory jurisdiction.
Patna High Court CWJC No.17517 of 2015 (3) dt.04-01-2016 The grievance of the petitioner that the court below has no jurisdiction to entertain the suit is concerned, the petitioner may pursue the same before the court below.
