2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 211 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 80, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3⁄4 of the DP Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have killed the informant' daughter due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased and there is general and omnibus allegation against him. The petitioner is in custody since 21.12.2024 and claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-I, Bhagalpur/concerned Court below in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 211 of 2024.
