In this case, the petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 407 of 2018 registered for offences under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 506, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the present case, the dispute has arisen between the parties on account of filling of the soil in the land. Specific allegation has been made against Rahul Pandit and Pappu of causing injury upon the Informant by sword and Dabia respectively.

Looking to the direct allegation made against the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24198 of 2019(2) dt.16-04-2019 2/2 petitioners as also considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners, above named, is rejected.

If the petitioners surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from today and pray for bail, the court below, without being prejudiced by this order, will take a decision in accordance with law.
