The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 184/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner No. 1 is the brother-in-law (Bhaisur) of the deceased where as Petitioner No. 2 is the sister-in-law (Gotni) of the deceased.

Considering the general and omnibus allegations

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32850 of 2021(2) dt.07-03-2022 2/2 levelled against the petitioners and their position in the family, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Siwan, in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 184/2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
