In the present writ petition, petitioner is seeking relief for grant of first and second Assured Career Progression (hereinafter referred to as ACP).

Petitioner was appointed in the year 1968 and he has retired on 31.3.2000 from the post of Pashu Dhen Sahayak (Supervisor) Veterinary Hospital, Dharhara in the district of Munger.

Claim has been made that though he is entitled for the ACP with effect from 9.8.1999 but he has not been given

Patna High Court CWJC No.10979 of 2013 (2) dt.12-08-2016 first and second ACP. Petitioner filed C.W.J.C. No.5646 of 2006 for the purposes of granting relief of retiral dues which has been disposed of on 16.11.2009. Petitioner filed representation for ACP before the Special Deputy Director, Pashu Vikash (Animal Husbandry), Munger but all went in vain.

For convenience, petitioner is directed to file fresh representation before the Special Deputy Director, Pashu Vikash (Animal Husbandry), Munger annexing the present order and Special Deputy Director, Pashu Vikash (Animal Husbandry), Munger is directed to pass order in accordance with law.

If it is found petitioner is entitled for the aforesaid benefit, respondents would pass order in his favour. With the aforesaid observation and direction this writ petition is disposed of.
