2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Athamalgola P.S. Case No. 409/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 380/457 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is accused of committing theft and he in in jail since 13.12.2023.

4. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna/concerned court in connection with Athamalgola P.S. Case No. 409/2023.

5. The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28394 of 2024(2) dt.24-04-2024 2/2 Athamalgola Police Station on 1st Sunday of every month. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
