The Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Akorhigola P.S. Case No. 65 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 341, 342, 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting the informant with Danda.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has committed no offence and has been falsely implicated in this case due to enmity and grudge. This case is counter version of Akorhigola P.S. Case No. 66 of 2017. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

No.32057 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Dehri, Rohtas, in connection with Akorhigola P.S. Case No. 65 of 2017; subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
