Misc. No.70961 of 2019 by which petition was dismissed as withdrawn on the submission of learned counsel that during pendency of the case, petitioner was arrested.

However, now it is submitted that due to mistake and incorrect instruction, it was wrongly submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has been arrested, as such, petitioner prays for revival of the original file.

In view of above, the modification petition is allowed and the order dated 19.03.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.70691 is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23550 of 2020(2) dt.07-09-2020 2/2 recalled.

As such, list original petition, i.e., Cr. Misc. No.70961 of 2019 in next week.
