2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with G.R.P. Biharsharif P.S. Case No. 01 of 2024 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, it is submitted that petitioner was married sister-in-law of the deceased lady and she was residing in her matrimonial house from where she was arrested.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence and has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion. It was submitted that there was no specific allegation

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26446 of 2024(2) dt.16-04-2024 2/2 of demand of dowry or torture against the petitioner and in fact the deceased died in a train accident. He next submits that petitioner has been made accused due to being sister of the husband of the deceased. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the petition and is in custody since 17.01.2024.

5. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail.

From perusal of the FIR and impugned order of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Patna dated 19.03.2024, it appears that there is no any specific allegation against the petitioner as stated by learned counsel for the petitioner, she is a lady having got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is sister-inlaw of the deceased, accordingly the prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Railway Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Patna Junction in connection with G.R.P. Biharsharif P.S. Case No. 01 of 2024.
