In the present case, the petitioner is complaining of violation of the order passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 7052 of 2012 by which this Court has directed to dispose of the Miscellaneous Appeal pending before the Collector-cum- District Magistrate, Darbhanga in Appeal No. 79 of 2009-10.

Today, the show-cause has been filed by the State and I have seen the copy of the order dated 29.11.2013 whereby the appeal has been disposed of. The petitioner submits that the order has been passed against him so he would challenge the same.

The petitioner if so require may challenge before the appropriate authority in accordance with law. This petition is accordingly disposed of.
