JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-05-2016 By way of the present application preferred under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 20.01.2011 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gopalganj in Complaint Case No. 590 of 2010 whereby cognizance has been taken against the petitioners under Section 147, 323 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52179 of 2015 (2) dt.09-05-2016 2/2 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioners before the trial court at the stage of framing of charge.
