JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-04-2019 The learned Advocate for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner to prefer a complaint before the District Programme Officer, Bhojpur, Arah (respondent No. 5) within a period of four weeks from today.

Should such a complaint be filed before the concerned respondent, he would be under an obligation to dispose off the same within a further period of six weeks thereafter. In case, the petitioner would remain aggrieved by the order of the District Programme Officer, Bhojpur,

Patna High Court CWJC No.7178 of 2019(2) dt.29-04-2019 2/2 Arah (respondent No. 5), he would have been option of appealing against the aforesaid order before the District Magistrate, Bhojpur, Arah.

The petition is permitted to be withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
