This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 341, 323, 354, 504, 506, 498A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The petitioners are parents and brother of the husband of the informant. Regular bail has already been allowed to the husband of the informant. There is general and omni bus allegation against the petitioners for demand of dowry and torture for the same.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Warisnagar P.S. Case No. (Mathurapur) P.S. Case No. 113 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial
