The petitioner has certain grievance against the Chairman, Saidpur Aima Panchayat Shakha Sahyog Samiti Limited, Matihani in the district Begusarai and for which he seeks a direction to the authorities concerned for holding vigilance enquiry.

There is absolutely no whisper in the writ petition whether the petitioner has taken recourse to the remedy so available to him under the provisions of the Bihar Cooperative Societies Act, 1935 and 'the Rules' framed thereunder. In the circumstances, no direction can be issued and
