ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 05-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State as well as the learned counsel appearing for the informant.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No.250 of 2017 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1b)a, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act, which is pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Raxaul (Motihari). It appears from a plain perusal of the F.I.R. that the petitioners had been extremely belligerent and indulged in a

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16227 of 2018 (2) dt.05-04-2018 2/2 series of illegal acts and assaulted the informant as well as the nephew of the informant by firing causing serious injuries. In view of serious nature of allegations made against these petitioners, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to them. It is, accordingly, rejected.
