2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Gwalpara (Arar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 46/ 2024 dated 08.03.2024 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Section(s) 363 and 366(A) of the IPC.

3. The main submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel are that the petitioner has been languishing in jail since 06.01.2025 and against him the investigation has been completed, the so-called victim has recorded her statement under section 183 of the BNSS in which she did not make any allegation against the petitioner and accepted her love affair with him. 4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner and submitted that as per the impugned order, the victim is said to be a minor girl.

5. In the facts and circumstances of this case and considering the aforesaid submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel coupled with the young age and custody period of the petitioner as well as completion of investigation against him, this court is inclined to grant the relief of regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner namedabove be released on bail in connection with Gwalpara (Arar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 46/ 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-( Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned. (Shailendra Singh, J) BKS/- U T
