The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 326 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is specific allegation against the petitioner that he gave sickle blow on the neck of the deceased. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. According his payer for bail is rejected in connection with Phulwaria Town P.S. Case No. 114

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23458 of 2019(3) dt.26-06-2019 2/2 of 2018 from the court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai.

The application is accordingly dismissed.
