The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506 and 435/34 406, 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(i)(x) of the SC/ST Act.

Main allegation has been made to have taken his caste name and abuse him.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28490 of 2016 (2) dt.26-07-2016 the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let petitioners, namely, Ramashish Yadav, Suresh Yadav, Ranjeet Yadav, Sanjiv Yadav @ Sanjiv Kumar, Bikash Yadav @ Bicky Yadav @ Bikash Chandra Yadav, Bajrangi Yadav, Chander Yadav @ Ram Chandra Yadav and Ravindra Yadav, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Lakhisarai in connection with SC/ST Lakhisarai P.S. Case No.27 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
