JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 28-06-2016 The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to allow the petitioner to do work as Food Transportation in the district of Gopalganj in terms of office order dated 10.05.2012 and 16.05.2012 issued by the respondents.
2. None appears on behalf of the petitioner despite repeated calls.
3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the writ petition has become infructuous as the term for which the petitioner had been appointed as
Patna High Court CWJC No.12096 of 2012 (6) dt.28-06-2016 2/2 Transporter and Handling Agent had already expired on 09.05.2012 itself, as evident from letter dated 11.05.2012 (Annexure-4).
