JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 28-06-2016 The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to allow the petitioner to do work as Food Transportation in the district of Gopalganj in terms of office order dated 10.05.2012 and 16.05.2012 issued by the respondents.

2. None appears on behalf of the petitioner despite repeated calls.

3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the writ petition has become infructuous as the term for which the petitioner had been appointed as

4. Having regard to the aforesaid submission on behalf of the respondents, the writ petition stands disposed of. (Vikash Jain, J) N.H./- U
