The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bijaipur P.S. Case No.151 of 2013 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 332, 333, 307, 337, 338, 353, 427, 379 and 109 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegations are general and omnibus and no specific role has been attached to the petitioner. The petitioner is also having no criminal antecedents.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16225 of 2018 (2) dt.05-04-2018 2/2 weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateIV, Gopalganj, in connection with Bijaipur P.S. Case No.151 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
