2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 600/2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/354/306/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The step mother of the petitioner has committed suicide. The petitioner No. 1 is accused of abetting her for committing suicide. The petitioner No. 2 is the husband of the petitioner No. 1.
4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27273 of 2024(2) dt.01-05-2024 2/2 behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
5. Considering the relationship and the fact that petitioner No. 1 is a lady whereas petitioner No. 2 is the husband of the petitioner No. 1, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Sitamarhi in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 600/2022 subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
