ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 02-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with C1/1759/15 for the offences registered under Sections 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Witch Craft Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no specific allegation the petitioner. The entire allegation is false and mischievous and is in retaliation of another case lodged earlier by the petitioner (Annexure-2). Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their
