This case is of the year 2018 and it appears from the previous orders that the learned coordinate Bench of this Court had issued notice to opposite party no. 2 after noticing the categorical stand of the learned counsel for the petitioner that he is still ready to keep his wife with full dignity, honour and security. On 13.11.2019, however, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
