2. The present application has been filed for i. directing the respondent for providing possession over the land in question which has been purchased by the present petitioner through the Registered Sale Deed dated 12.01.2015.

3. The Sub Judge, West Champaran, Bettiah hearing this Partition Suit No. 243 of 2014 is directed to decide the suit within one year from the date of communication of this order. He will proceed ex-parte against non-cooperating party.
